What Others Are Saying . . .

“By taking us into her world, Lorna navigates us into the heart of our own. A world of complex traverses and reward; of not being afraid to be human.”
        — Mike Jurkovic, Voices of the Valley

“Searing, visceral, sensuous poems that remind us that the body politic is the body of our lives.”
        — Jan Schmidt, Distinguished Teaching Professor, Women’s Studies Conference Poetry Coordinator at SUNY New Paltz
